The article is devoted to the problem of application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) to efficiency evaluation of the regional forest complex. The authors propose an evaluation procedure for efficiency management system allowing to determine the degree of its conformity with BSС concept. A model for establishment of balanced management system for forest complex efficiency is developed.
