The results of hybridological analyses have confirmed the presence of the SCAR-marker of Rf1 gene (pollen fertility restorer for CMS PET1) in the genotypes of studied restorer lines. However, the presence of this SCAR-marker in the genotype of restorer lines not always restored pollen fertility in hybrids on the base of CMS RIG.
