The article is devoted to the process of segmentation the site's target audience by means of web analytics on the example of the structural subdivision of the university. In the article the complex analysis of the subdepartment «E-commerce» site's visitors on the basis of age categories, geotargeting and behavioral factors is lead. As a result of the analysis, segments of the target audience are proposed for further interaction with them.
