Securitization in the Russian Federation: problems and prospects

The article gives the concept of the term “securitization” and examines the emergence and development of this financial instrument in the world and especially in Russia. An analysis of Russian legislation in the field of securitization is carried out, and its problems are also considered. An assessment is made of the importance of this financial instrument in modern Russia in a difficult economic situation.
