Sexualized violence against minors: a comparative analysis of the provisions of criminal laws of foreign countries

This article analyzes the provisions of the criminal law in terms of acts that violate the sexual integrity of a minor. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of the concepts of “sexual violence” and “sexualized violence” from the standpoint of criminal law provisions. Acomparative study of these provisions of domestic criminal legislation and similar norms in the law of foreign countries is carried out.
