Селективные ингибиторы обратного захвата серотонина и суицидальный риск

В обзоре литературы приводятся сведения о суицидальном риске при назначении селективных ингибиторов обратного захвата серотонина. В том числе рассматриваются отдельные препараты представители этой фармакологической группы. В большинстве рассмотренных в обзоре исследований не получено свидетельств о том, что назначение селективных ингибиторов обратного захвата серотонина приводит к росту суицидов. Кроме того, представляется актуальным проведение оценки наличия и выраженности у пациентов суицидальных идей до назначения антидепрессантов. Так же указывается, что во время проведения терапии необходим активный мониторинг динамики суицидального риска, особенно у молодых людей и детей.
