The article deals with the characterization of the dominant kinds of the individual landscapes of the studied territory. There are defined the time intervals of the settlement territory. There are considered the peculiarities of the location of the residential landscapes at the territory of the Krasnodonsky district in the context of the landscape zoning. There is calculated the residential impact on the individual landscapes of the studied territory.
