Rural agglomerations: problems of formation of legal status

The article examines the concept and legal regime of rural agglomerations as the basis for the development of agriculture and the economy of Russia. The author provides proposals for improving legislation in the area of determining the legal status of rural agglomerations, which can contribute to the stabilization of agro-industrial production and ensuring sustainable development of rural areas.
