Semantic analysis of the nominations ‘land’, ‘country’ and ‘ground’ in the English agriculture

The article deals with the existence of the spatial nominations in the English agriculture. There are revealed the main meanings and phraseological combinations of the words ‘land’, ‘country’ and ‘ground’. There are analyzed in details their lexical and semantic variants developed in the different periods of the development of the English linguistic culture. There is found out the balance of the dynamic process of the cognitive learning of the world by the modern representatives of the English world.
