Semiotic aspects of space art exhibition

Article is devoted to the problems of semiotic exhibition space, in particular, the specificity of the spacetime continuum of the exhibition at the art museum. To date, the organization of temporary exhibitions is becoming one of the dominant activities of art museums. Even in traditional cultures practice develops a kind of temporary exhibitions showcasing works of art for the purpose of sale, exchange, as well as in connection with the cult (temple decoration, sacred act) or status (secular ceremonies) goals. According to the author, an art exhibition - a cultural phenomenon, with its own original story development and specifics of the operation, while the exhibition ensemble as museum space involves former position, suspension, going beyond the usual perception ofthe everyday nature ofthings, gaining a new perspective on object, its cultural meanings in the picture of the world.
