Serous meningitis of enteroviral aetiology at children: pathogenetic features during epidemic rise

Бесплатный доступ

Results of research the functional state of liquor albumin and blood serum at 96 children with serous enteroviral meningitis are presented in article. Data on decrease in indexes of functional state of albumin, more significant, than cerebrospinal fluid as inflammatory process is concentrated in central nervous system are obtained. The hypothesis of existence of small and big pathogenetic circles at serous meningitis, their interrelation through hematoencephalic barrier is proved. The scheme and multifactorial mathematical models of pathogenetic role of the functional state of liquor and the functional condition of albumin in blood serum at enteroviral meningitis at children on indexes are submitted: the relative difference of parameters and weighted averages.
