In recent decades, with the qualitative development of the Internet and digital technologies, we have witnessed the formation of a unique cultural space in which the interests, values and practices of various user groups intersect. A network culture has emerged, it affects how we communicate, how we perceive information and how we build social connections. Understanding the content and essence of network culture is becoming necessary for the analysis of modern social processes. Their formation is of scientific and practical interest, what values and norms prevail in them, as well as how they affect the identity of the participants. One of the promising functions of network culture, it seems to us, is the possibility of introducing a person with its help to the results of cognition, social and cultural values, acting as a cognitive culture in understanding, preserving and broadcasting the entire array of cultural heritage.
