The article considers a network model of service business as a strategic way of adaptation to the conditions of digitalization, which is one of the key factors for achieving sustainable economic growth today. We have taken a closer look at how companies can effectively integrate advanced digital technologies into their business processes to increase competitiveness and optimize internal operations. In the context of rapid changes in the economic environment caused by large-scale digital transformations, there is a need to create a flexible service ecosystem. Within such ecosystem, organizations could actively interact and collaborate with each other for reducing transaction costs, improving the quality of services offered and customer experience. The study is aimed at identifying key approaches and practical tools for the successful implementation of a network model in service business.
