Seasonal features of adaptive adjustment of the functional systems of organism of cows in terms of agroecosystems of the Southern Urals

The paper presents data for the study of the seasonal characteristics of adaptive adjustment of functional systems in the body Simmental cows Austrian breeding conditions contained in agroecosystems of the southern Urals. It is established that the winter and spring seasons are for lactating cows the most stress, as evidenced by decreased glucose, increased levels of lactic acid, carbohydrate index, total lipids, beta-lipoproteins and cholesterol.
