In article the problem of assessment of quality of the preschool education consisting in realization of the social and communicative, informative, speech, art and esthetic, physical educational areas which are been the basis for FGOS TO is considered. The law "About Education in the Russian Federation" where special attention is paid subject spatially, intellectual, communicative, physical, organizational pedagogically to components and also supervision and care of children is analyzed. For realization of FGOS TO the law "About Education in the Russian Federation" need of use of a technique of the analysis of implementation of the designated requirements has evolved. ECERS-R scales are taken as a basis of a technique. On their basis as an experiment indicators, levels and indicators of definition of the DOO subject and spatial environment are developed. Results carried out an experiment have proved the viability of the offered indicators, levels and indicators of definition of the subject and spatial environment that will allow the preschool organizations to carry out internal monitoring and that the most important, to see ability to integrate provisions of the law "About Education in the Russian Federation", FGOS TO, scales of ECERS-R and competently to build monitoring of development of the organization.
