Environmental education should contribute to the solution of environmental problems of the country's population in the rapidly changing environmental conditions. It is environmental education that is designed to form a social and environmental Outlook, legal positions, a set of scientific knowledge, the ability to translate knowledge into practice, the ability to cooperate with each other in the name of nature conservation; to raise the level of human culture and society as a whole, to improve the moral qualities of people. Environmental safety can be ensured, first of all, when a person ceases to violate the biotic regulation of the natural environment. In Russia, there is a mandatory training of managers and specialists responsible for decision-making in the implementation of economic and other activities that have or may have a negative impact on the environment, including when working with waste I-IV hazard classes. Environmental education in the advanced countries of the world begins much earlier than in Russia. In the process of education at any stage, much attention is paid to the teaching of Earth Sciences, life, and in Western Europe, environmental education begins with three years. Children are especially susceptible to good, they are inquisitive. The state of environmental education in Russia does not meet the requirements of the present time. It should be noted that the knowledge about nature, society, man is insufficient for the formation of young people's holistic worldview and modern scientific worldview. In this regard, the Russian population has a low degree of their participation in the search for solutions to nature conservation problems.
