The scientific article is devoted to the research analysis of the main causes and consequences in the formation of communication management problems within the hotel business. The relevance of the study is due to various difficulties for hotel managers in organizing a com-munication system within the organization. The article discusses the practical importance of communication processes. The main signals of communication problems within hotel enterprises are described. The main reasons and factors that form the difficulties of the formation of intra-organizational communications in the organization of the hotel business are listed. The most popular and topical problems of managing the communication system within hotel enterprises are analyzed. In the conclusion of the scientific work, it was found that it was established that the consequences of communication problems within hotel enterprises are hampered by the dif-ficulty of adaptation of new employees of the organization, deterioration of the corporate image of the organization and violation of the internal organization of activities.
