Goodpasture's syndrome

A case of postmortem diagnosis of a rare collagenous disease, Goodpasture's Syndrome, is presented in a patient who had a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 a year earlier, manifested by recurrent hemoptysis. The study was carried out using histochemical and electron microscopic methods. Showing morphological changes that occur in the lungs and kidneys, with hemorrhagic necrotizing alveolitis and segmental necrotizing glomerulitis.
