Работа посвящена анализу научных публикаций отечественных и зарубежных авторов, посвященных различным аспектам проблемы перетренированности у спортсменов (определение понятия «синдром перетренированности», факторы риска, причины, механизмы развития, симптоматика, диагностика и основные направления профилактики). Проанализировано 115 источников, из них 98 - иностранных авторов.
