Stevens-Johnson syndrome, its pathogenetic therapy and prevention

Stevens-Johnson syndrome is an acute toxicoallergic disease characterized by polymorphous eruptions on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, eyes, nose, on the skin, with marked cyclicity and a tendency to relapse. Many authors consider this disease as a severe form of multi-form exudative erythema.
