Free access

Analysis of electrophysiologic parameters of 82 patients having wolf-parkinson-white syndrome as assessed by esophageal electrophysiologic study was performed. increased antegrade effective refractory period of dpzhs by less than 260 ms, tachycardia cycle duration of less than 300 ms, high heart rate during tachycardia of more than 180 beats/min, ventriculoatrial conduction interval during tachycardia of 120-150 ms, antegrade wenckebach point of 200-220 beats were demonstrated to be main predictors of syncope.
