Synergetic approach in educational process

The article discusses a radically new scientific and pedagogical concept based on a synergistic approach in the educational process. It involves such training of future specialists to make them able to be competitive in the labor market in rapidly changing living conditions. The synergetic approach promotes the introduction into the educational system of innovative, interactive, personality-oriented approaches, teaching methods and technologies based on self-organization of the educational process. The synergetic concept based on this approach is aimed at the synthesis of multifactorial interactions within such processes as upbringing and self-upbringing, training and self-training, education and self-education. The synergetic approach aimed at the personality self-development contri- butes to systematicity, actualizes the students’ potential capabilities for further transfor- mation into their abilities. Synergetics as one of the methodological principles in pedagogy is focused on the due interaction between the teacher and students to make the educational process become a complex system seeking for self-structuring and self-organization.
