The article reveals the essence and nature of pedagogical cultural studies as a means of integration of the foundations of philosophical anthropology, cultural studies and pedagogy in the comprehension of culture. Special attention is paid to a place pedagogical cultural studies in the system of humanitarian knowledge and its role in the improvement of the process of involvement of people in the world of culture and socio-cultural creativity.
