Synonymic crossings multi-signed verbs in the Khakassi language

The article is devoted to the description of the semantic and functional features of synonymous verbs with the general meaning "to beat" in the Khakass language. The considered synonymous series, in addition to the basic verb - the dominant is сох- «1) beat, beat smb. 2) stabbing, stabbing livestock. 3) crush» includes the verb чырт- «to beat; whip smb.», which corresponds to the dominant proximity of the primary meaning of «hit». However, unlike other synonymous verbs, in its semantics it contains a sign of the instrumentality of an action (for example, a whip, a stick, etc.). The other four verbs, which have an emotive-expressive color and refer to the vernacular style, are synonymized in the meaning of «hit» on the basis of their secondary meanings. The objects with these verbs are always names with the designation of a living being capable of feeling the pain inflicted.
