Syntactic means of expressivity creation (on the example of courtroom speeches of Russian lawyers in the latter half of the ХIХth century)

In the article the author’s comprehension of the term “expressivity” as applied to syntax is given. On the example of courtroom speeches of Russian lawyers in the latter half of the XIXth century the mechanism of creation of courtroom speeches expressive style with the help of syntactic means is examined.
