Synthesis and analysis of engagement of no-spin differential worm-gear drive in generalizing parameters

The limiting existence domain of worm toothing of no-spin differential for the motor vehicle "Ural" with a worm gear cut with a cutter and a wheel cut with a hob gear is defined. In the obtained domain the geometrical-kinematic possibilities of toothing are studied for the purpose to find the most favourable complex of geometrical and kinematic indices of contact, to provide the appropriate conditions of lubrication of the active surfaces of teeth for the desired conditions of differential operation.
