The interaction of tris(4-ethylphenyl)antimony with copper dichloride or dibromide (1:2 mol) in acetone synthesizes tris(4-ethylphenyl)antimony dichloride and dibromide, respectively, the structure of which has been established by the X-ray diffraction method.
