Reacting tetraphenylphosphonium and tetra(p-tolyl)stibonium chlorides with potassium dicyanoaurate are synthesized and structurally characterized gold complexes [Ph4P][Au(CN)2] (1) and [(4-MeC6H4)4Sb][Au(CN)2] · Н2О (2) respectively. According to X-ray data, the crystal 1 consist of centrosymmetric tetrahedral tetraphenylphosphonium cations (СРС 104.8(4)°-111.8(4)°, Р-С 1.768(9), 1.793(9) and centrosymmetric linear dicyanoaurate anions (СAuС 179.7(10)°, Au-С 1.981(13) Å). Crystal 2 contains four types crystallographically independent tetrahedral tetra(p-tolyl)stibonium cations (СSbС 102.2(16)°-120.2(15)°, Sb-С 2.03(4)-2.28(5) Å) and four types nearly linear crystallographically independent dicyanoaurate anions (СAuС 177(2)°-178.3(19)°, Au-С 1.94(7)-2.00(6) Å).
