Formation system of future managers' organizational culture

Cognitive, operational and behavioral components of future managers' organizational culture are detailed. The system of forming future managers' organizational culture is elaborated on the basis of mutually complemented approaches' methodology: system approach, activity approach, culturological approach. The structure of the system is validated: motivational and target, content and methodological, valuation and correcting components.
