Artistic system in the Thirteenth fairy tale by Diana Setterfield

This article is devoted to the study of the images of the main characters of the novel "The Thirteenth Tale" by the modern British writer Diana Setterfield. The heroes and characters of Diana Setterfield are endowed with non-identical properties of characters, most often in her works there is an atmosphere of horror and fear, ghosts of the past, mysterious disappearances and mortal danger - that wholly awakens interest in the reader.
