System and structure of federal executive authorities

The article discusses the relationship between the concepts of "the system of federal executive authorities" and "the structure of federal executive authorities". The concept of "system of federal executive authorities" is a generic category in relation to the specific, narrower concept of "structure of federal executive authorities", since the latter is dependent on the system of these bodies. Both concepts are established in order to determine the types of federal executive bodies, to consolidate their functional purpose, to establish the foundations for the organization of internal relations and subordination of these bodies. Also, these concepts equally allow us to form an idea of the place of federal executive authorities in the system of public administration in a broad sense.
