Apprenticeship system as a management tool of the self-learning vocational education institution

New societal conditions, which influence the quality of skilled workforce training, necessitates the improvement of the innovative potential of the vocational education institutions. Using comparison of the approaches of the four scientific disciplines (philosophy, psychology, system analysis, methodology) as a method the authors analyse the formation of a management model for the self-learning vocational education institution by means of apprenticeship system. The paper reveals the meaning of the category ‘self-learning vocational education institution’ and gives the basic provisions of this concept.
