System of management bodies of legal entities and their competence

Resume: The article examines the approaches of the legislator to the establishment of the list of management bodies in legal entities, both commercial and non-commercial. The article analyzes the features of the supreme management bodies of corporate legal entities, as well as collegial management bodies, including the general meeting of participants in business entities.
