System of indicators characterizing the efficiency of company development

This article discusses the essence of economic efficiency and its main indicators for assessing the sustainable development of a company. Currently, there is no unified understanding of the criteria for the content and evaluation of the system of indicators that characterize the effectiveness of a company’s sustainable development in the scientific literature. The main objective of this research is to examine the existing indicators of a company’s performance, classify them, and evaluate the system of indicators of a company’s performance in the context of sustainable development. The authors provide a description of the indicators included in the system for assessing a company’s performance and provide methods for calculating them. They also explore different approaches to defining the concepts of “economic efficiency” and “sustainable development.” The article emphasizes the need to take into account the specific features of each business sector when evaluating and modeling the company’s sustainable development performance indicators.
