The objective of the study is to analyze the applicability of homomorphic encryption and trusted computing when converting image formats. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved in the study: analysis of the possibilities of homomorphic encryption and development of a preliminary architecture of a secure image conversion system using homomorphic encryption. The result of the study was a table of applicability of homomorphic encryption to image format, as well as a preliminary architecture of a secure image transformation system. The practical significance of the study is in the fact that its results can be used to implement existing resources and ensure data security.
