System of work on forming the readiness of students training on the specialty “preschool education” to work with children with special educational needs

One of the key directions of state policy in the field of education is building an individual educational route for children with various nosologies, which takes into account the diversity of their special educational needs and individual opportunities. The article discusses a wide range of issues related to the formation of the readiness of college students enrolled in the specialty 44.02.01 “Preschool education” to work with children with disabilities. The specificity of social and pedagogical support of children with various types of health disorders in the conditions of a preschool educational organization is explicated. Teachers of preschool educational organizations face a list of problems in the implementation of inclusive education for pupils. These problems are described in this article. The authors reveal the features of the development and implementation of the variable professional module ”Organization of preventive and developmental activities in working with children with special educational needs”, describes the experience of its implementation in the educational process of the college.
