The article is devoted to the development of the system of work of primary school teachers on tolerance younger students, are considered components of the system and their characteristics. The topic due to the need of society, teachers' community in the education system of different types of tolerance of students. This is in turn the requirements of the federal state educational standards of the formation at younger schoolboys of respect for Russia, his native land, his family, country life, awareness of elementary school students the value of the elementary rules of moral behavior in the natural world and humans as well as in connection with the growth of multi-ethnicity in the Kuban. The problem of research reflects the contradiction between the need for school practice in the formation of different kinds of students’ tolerance as the basis of tolerant education, and insufficient development of tolerance education system students from elementary school. The object of research is the educational process in an elementary school, a subject of study - the process of education of tolerance younger students. The purpose of the study is aimed at identifying the components tolerance education system and the development of younger schoolboys system works on teacher education of younger schoolchildren. The result of the study was the development of the system, including the target, informative, activity and effective ingredients. Implementation of the system of work of primary school teachers on tolerance younger students promoted positive dynamics of the formation of various types - personal, social, ethnic tolerance of pupils of elementary grades. The article provides diagnostic material to identify the different types of students’ tolerance. The novelty of the study is a comprehensive, systematic approach to the development of tolerance of students in the parameters - personal, social, ethnic tolerance, starting from elementary school.
