The system of social regulation in the primitive communal system

The article deals with the issues of social regulation of the social life of the primitive society. In the conditions of tribal social organization, there was a primitive and at the same time original system of social regulation that met the needs and conditions of economic and social life, it acted as a reliable and effective regulatory system. In the history of the primitive communal system, there was an institution of taboo, which acts as the only element of the mechanism for regulating people's lives. Of particular interest in the study of this issue is the formation of responsibility as a social phenomenon and a means of regulating social relations. A form of manifestation of social responsibility in primitive society is the oldest custom of blood feud, aimed at regulating intergenerational and intertribal relations.
