Ordering of quantitative economic parameters and identification of patterns of their distribution for the formation of groups of subjects of the Russian Federation

The main aim of this article is analyzing of methodology, which is used for grouping of individual subjects of the Russian Federation. It shows the level of innovative economy development. The authors try to systematize economical indexes and reveal distribution patterns for groups’ forming of subjects of the Russian Federation.
