System analysis of electrical safety of electric installtions of AIC objects

The purpose of the work was the research of the processes characterizing technogenic danger at operation by the personnel of electric installations of objects of agricultural production. It was shown that the steady growth of accidents, electric trauma-tism and the fires in power supply systems (includ-ing also technological electric equipment) was caused by imperfection of scientific and methodical providing in the field of technogenic safety of elec-tric installations of consumers. In particular, there was no the uniform methodology which was based on the unified treatment of risk of danger of electric installation, allowing to carry out the complex ac-counting of factors of emergence and development of the negative phenomena of various nature of human-machine systems. There were also objec-tive difficulties in decision-making on management of technological hazards. In this connection the reasons of the mentioned difficulties were estab-lished. Prospects of using the system approach al-lowing to identify objectively existing dangers in electric installations for the purpose of justification of measures for the prevention and decrease in weight of consequences of these dangers were shown. It was offered to interpret system research of safety of electric installations as creation of hu-man-machine person-electric installation-environment system. Features of functioning of person-electric installation- environment system in real working conditions were considered. Properties of the person-electric installation- environment complex were revealed and detailed interpretation of each of the mentioned properties was presented. Classification of system research of safety of elec-tric installations and structure of the system analy-sis and synthesis of human-machine person-electric installation- environment system was of-fered. The generalized block diagram of integrated risk of electric installation was suggested. Expedi-ency of use of the theory of indistinct sets for an assessment and management of technological hazards in person-electric installation- environment system was proved.
