The article dwells upon systematic approach to the modelling of individualization of medical, psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of preschoolers with visual impartment. The author shows interrelation of clinical, psychological and pedagogical characteristics of a child’s state and principles of planning the process of individualization on grounds of development of special ways and programs for individual education and upbringing that add a new vision of a phased and permanent expanding of educational route based on including «actual progress zone» for the development of «proximate progress zone».
