A systemic approach to integration of algebraic and geometric methods

The article is devoted to the problem of integrating the school courses of algebra and geometry. To study this complicated phenomenon we use one of the forms of the system analysis. The article describes a system of methods called «Integration of the algebraic and geometric methods», its components and their relations. It defines the functions of the system in education of mathematics in secondary schools.
