Summary of the article: The system analysis is used for a comprehensive study of the institutional relationships as a social economic phenomena using to identify their targeted actions, the contents of the basic elements of system, communication between them and with the external environment, etc. According to the research studies, any system related to human activities, includes the following elements: goals and objectives, functions, structure, information systems, communication, relationships, methods of implementation, facilities and equipment. Below we will describe the essence of each element of the institutional relations as the system, excluding the technical means that are a bit outside the scope of these relationships and reflect the specific area of expertise.
