The article discusses the features of quality management systems in the processes of personnel selection and adaptation based on ISO standards and the TQM concept. Special attention is paid to the integration of HR management with the overall quality management system. The role of standardization of personnel selection, evaluation and training processes is emphasized, as well as the importance of employee involvement in management processes. The necessity of continuous improvement of personnel quality management systems, expansion of employees' powers and increasing their responsibility is substantiated. The conclusion is made about the importance of the personnel quality management system for the sustainable development and competitiveness of organizations.
