The article is devoted to the current issues of transformation of traditional model of improvement of teachers' professional skills based on combining the andragogic approach and technology of positional self-identification. The author pays special attention to the characteristics of new type education connected with creating and implementing activity means of summarizing skills of communication. The article reveals such teachers' individual qualities as a philosopher, psychologist and methodologist in the complex system of value guides goal oriented intentions of teachers- androgogs' communities and trainees of vocational improvement schools.
