Scalar assessment of risks of regional sustainable development on the basis of nonparametric methods

The article deals with the method of evaluation of the region's sustainable development using the scalar assessment on the basis of the synthesis of dynamic standard rates and application of nonparametric rank methods, which allows to analyse specific digital characteristics of the development path, which is relevant for strategic management. The authors have tested the suggested approach using the demographic system of the Novgorod region for 2000-2014. The distinctive feature of the described method is an opportunity to give the integrated description of such quantitative and qualitative attributes of economic dynamics that can't be determined by any traditional private indicators.
