Scalar-tensor theories of gravity consistent with observational constraints

This paper discusses methods for constructing cosmological models based on scalar-tensor theories of gravity. The main method for constructing cosmological models is the use of certain functional and parametric relationships between the dynamics of the expansion of the Universe and the type of scalar-tensor theories of gravity in the Friedman-Robertson-Walker space. Models of cosmological inflation with different types of accelerated expansion of the early Universe are considered. The correspondence of the proposed models to observational constraints on the parameters of cosmological perturbations is considered.
