Over the past few years, extreme sports and active tourism have become increasingly in demand for those who like to keep their bodies in good shape. Which is not surprising, because extreme sports have great benefits for a person’s physical and mental health, and also develops communication skills through interaction with a whole team of people, in particular in moments of increased danger, when a person’s life and health directly depends on the cohesion of the group. The development of these skills is of great importance for law enforcement officers, since the specifics of the work require him to perform certain actions, therefore in this article the author examines the influence of extreme sports on the life of a police officer using the example of rock climbing.
