Бесплатный доступ

In order to develop the microbiological ways of controlling the rapeseed white rot, the screening of fungi and bacteria strains was conducted. The strains were taken from the collection of antagonists of oil crops diseases agents of VNIIMK’s biomethods laboratory. As a result of primary screening 11 fungi strains that relate to the genera Trichoderma, Penicillium, Trichothecium, Talaramyces and Chaetomium and 15 promising bacteria strains that relate to the genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas and possess the various mechanisms of suppression of the rapeseed white rot agent were allocated. As a result of stepped screening the fungus strains of Xk-1-4 Chaetomium olivaceum and bacteria strains B-12 of Bacillus licheniformis were selected that dissolve the white rot sclerotium up to 80-100 % and possess the growth promotion activity of rapeseed crop.
