The language of emotions has unlimited possibilities for conveying the subtlest shades of feelings, for evaluating what is happening through sensory experience, for influencing the recipient of the message and for self-expression. The article examines the words expressing positive emotions in Mark Twain's novel "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn". Mark Twain's book The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn was published in the United States in 1885, and debuted in the United Kingdom in December 1884 and was a sequel to Twain's previous novel The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876).
